Booking terms

Direct bookings work on a request basis. You send your dates through the booking form; we reply personally, usually within a few hours, with availability and a written offer.

A reservation exists only once you have received our written confirmation and payment has been made. Until then, dates remain open.

Our standard direct rate is flexible up to 30 days before arrival: cancel 30 or more days before your arrival date for a full refund of amounts paid.

A reduced-rate non-refundable option will be offered as an alternative at the time of booking.

The maximum occupancy is 8 guests. The house sleeps 6 adults in three master suites; guests seven and eight sleep on the double sofa bed (200×140 cm) in the living room. The number of guests may not exceed what is agreed at booking.

Guests agree to treat the house with reasonable care and are responsible for damage caused during their stay beyond normal wear and tear. Any damage should be reported promptly so it can be resolved fairly.

Quiet hours outdoors are 23:00–08:00. No parties or events; no smoking indoors; no pets. The full house rules form part of these terms.

The Stone House is registered with the Greek Short-Term Rental Registry (AMA 00003687610).
