House rules
Short and reasonable — the house asks for the same care it offers.
Arrival & departure
- Check-in
- from 15:00
- Check-out
- until 11:00
Living in the house
- No smoking inside the house; smoking is permitted on the outdoor terraces.
- No pets.
- No parties or events.
- Registered guests only, unless visitors are approved in advance.
- Maximum 8 guests — guests seven and eight sleep on the living-room double sofa bed (200×140 cm), always disclosed at booking.
Quiet hours
Quiet hours outdoors are 23:00–08:00. The hills carry sound a long way at night.
At the pool
Three rules, all of them about safety:
- No glass around the pool
- No diving (depth 1.2 m)
- Children must be supervised at all times
